During the interspecies First Galactic War that raged across the Milky Way galaxy for a hundred years from 2345 to 2445, mankind finally achieved decisive victory by weaponizing the awesome power of blackholes to compress entire solar systems and their inhabitants to oblivion. Some years after the war, an unexpected consequence of the blackhole weapons emerged. Massive space rocks called Remnants, the remains of compressed solar systems, were being ejected from wormholes throughout the galaxy. These Remnants were found to contain a powerful energy in varying concentrations known as Orgone. It is rumored that Orgone is the essence of those poor souls who suffered the fate of their solar systems and became trapped within the Remnants. After the war, civilization grew dependent on Orgone to power the reconstruction of the worlds. In the wrong hands, this powerful energy could strengthen the alien rebellion and possibly unseat humanity from their galactic throne.

Now, elite military pilots, alien rebels, and ruthless pirates alike scour the galaxy for Remnants.  But mining Orgone for rebuilding civilization, or for fueling the rebellion, or maybe just for selling it to the highest bidder, can prove to be a deadly errand. Not just due to the highly unstable nature of Orgone in it's raw form, but also due to the nature of the business of trade and commerce in a galaxy left unpoliced and exposed to corruption at every level. But that's no concern for an experienced pilot like yourself. After all, you're a decorated war veteran whose seen it all. So those stories about crews possessed by the spirits of the damned exacting their vengeance don't scare you at all... Right?

It is widely speculated that whomever controls the Orgone, controls the galaxy. Now take command of your Orgone collecting space fighter and harvest Orgone from wandering Remnants. Choose your path as a soldier or profiteer and battle aliens for galactic supremacy. Upgrade your ship, recruit your fleet, grow your reputation and expand your influence.  Construct space stations for processing raw Orgone and ascend to power among your peers. Defend your galaxy or destroy it as you fulfill your destiny transporting Dangerous Cargo.
